Ability to Teach Yin Classes: Gain confidence and skills to effectively teach a Yin Yoga class, incorporating all learned techniques and sequences.
Deep Understanding of TCM Meridians: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the 12 major meridians and how to use Yin Yoga postures to support their energy flow.
Advance Your Teaching Techniques: Learn to create an inviting class atmosphere for all levels using props, understand and teach the 5 phases of a Yin pose to maximize the benefits, and other specialized techniques.
Enhance Your Professional Credentials: Upon receiving your Yin Yoga Training Certificate of Completion, Yoga Alliance recognizes this course for 20 hours of continuing education credits (for previously certified YA 200 Hour teachers). No prerequisites or yoga teaching experience is required to participate in this course. All with a passion to learn more about the theory and practice of Yin Yoga are welcome to participate.

One large and one small yoga bolster (or suitable pillow substitutes)
