Prana Pathways
Seasonal Immersions
Prana Pathways is a seasonal practice series rooted in yoga, qigong, and Five Element wisdom. Each season offers an opportunity to reconnect, move, and explore what’s unfolding in your body and life through the lens of seasonal rhythm.
These workshops invite you into a deeper relationship with your physical body, your energy, and the natural cycles that influence how we feel, move, and grow throughout the year.
