About Level 1 Nada Yoga Sound Healing Training:
Vikrant is originally from Nepal. His family handcrafts and tunes the bowls there and has been doing so for generations. He is the official North American affiliate of the Ancient Naturopathy & Sound Healing Therapy Center in Kathmandu. His training carries a direct connection to the ancient sound traditions of Nepal and a lived relationship to the source of the practice.
Course training includes:
• Introduction to Nada Yoga philosophy
• Foundational principles of Nāda Yoga
• Inner Sound
• External Sound
• Mantra, resonance, and vibrational awareness
• Introductory understanding of ancient sutras in sound healing
• Traditional sound-based meditation techniques
• Yogic understanding of energy and resonance
• Practical use of singing bowls
• Zoom support and lifetime support from Vikrant of Boston Vibrations
• Certificate for Level 1 Certification in Nada Yoga & Vibrational Therapy
• Yoga Alliance Continuing Ed Credits for certified teachers
