Bring a renewed focus to your classes and fresh inspiration to your practice.

A hybrid experience: in person, online, and through our app.

Anticipated start: late spring 2027

Dates to be confirmed following Yoga Alliance approval.

This past year, I've had wonderful experiences mentoring yoga teachers, both those just getting started and those with years of experience. The questions we explore together, and seeing those discoveries find their way into the classes they teach, have inspired me to develop Living Yoga, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Your 200-hour training introduces a wealth of ideas and practices. Once you begin teaching, those lessons take on new meaning. Something that once seemed straightforward opens up a whole conversation. A student asks a question that stays with you. Your own practice takes you somewhere you want to explore further or gets pushed to the wayside.

This training gives us time to examine these realities, find a voice for these questions, and then confidently redirect the results into the classes you teach and your own practice time on the mat. Through deeper study, practice teaching, and mentorship, you'll have opportunities to try things out, receive feedback, and discover more of what you have to share.

I'm excited to create this next chapter with teachers who want to keep learning, enjoy the process, and bring fresh energy to their classes.

See the curriculum topics below and leave your details if you'd like to hear more! I'd love to know what brings you here.

Training Topics of Discovery

Bring your curiosity and questions. We'll explore these topics through practice, conversations, and live opportunities to bring them into your teaching.

Lineage, Hisotry, & Philosophy

The Ghosh Lineage, Paramhansa Yogananda, Tantrik Yoga traditions, and the Eight-limbed Path. We'll revisit the history and ideas that inform our practice and develop how we carry those teachings into our lives and classes.

Subtle Body Uncovered: Chakras & Nadis.

Did you know that the accepted chakra system is only about 100 years old? And that different and older systems work with 5, 10, and even 12 chakras?  Let's look closer at these multiple frameworks so we have a clearer foundation for what we introduce to our students.

Pranayama

Discover the power of Pranayama and the movement of life force energy through breathwork. Practice breath retention, cleansing of the energy channels, and connecting to universal flow.

The Five Koshas

We'll begin with yoga as union and expand into the five layers of self: physical body, energy, mind, wisdom, and bliss. Through practice and reflection, we will bring these lessons into your own experience and your teaching.

Meditation: Practice it. Learn to Guide Your Students.

Heart Center Awareness, Light Body Meditation, Anjali Mudra Meditation, I've shared these with students for years, now it's time to learn how to teach these techniques and the understand the subtle body lessons behind them.

Mentorship

Ongoing practice teaching with feedback is a core of the 300 Hour program. Develop your skill in observing your students, communicating your directions, making corrections.
