The Retreat Package Includes:

  • 7 days, 6 nights September 16 - 22, 2024, single or double accommodations with ensuite bathrooms

Our retreats our intimate with up to 12 people, so that every yogi can be seen, heard, and experience personal enrichment through the experience. 

PRACTICE

Experience daily meditation techniques, yoga asana practice, and workshops with lecture and discussion.

 

We'll use these tools, along with our inspirational setting, to explore how yoga provides a sanctuary for the body, mind, and soul. Awaken all six senses to embody the spirit and practice of yoga.

The experience didn’t just offer ease in logistics; it revealed the side of a city that felt both personal and real. Visiting the best parts of Delphi with the luxury of undivided attention. Never treating a destination like a checkbox to tick off a list but rather as the authentic place it was. A place where residents live their full lives filled with beautiful stories of the everyday. 

Our experiences felt sacred - our soles touching the foundations of the ancient ruins of  Athena’s Temple, to meditating high up in a Corycian cave…each of these moments creating memories of a lifetime, this truly was an exceptional experience.
