Thank you for a wonderful retreat season!

Our 2026 Yoga Sanctuary retreat brought us to Rhodes, where we stayed inside the medieval walled city and made time for practice, discovery, and being together.

Our theme, Sacred Rhythms, connected our yoga and reflection with the rhythm of each day. Each “Sacred Rhythm of the Day” offered a thread to explore through practice and carry into our time together.
