This workshop addresses some of the facts and fiction about hot yoga, sweating, range of motion, muscle activation along the spine for a happy and safe practice.
Join Master Teacher Lara Alexiou of West Wind Yoga and special guest Brittany Gaethle DNP, CRNA at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital (and a hot yogi herself!) in this fun, engaging, and informative workshop for current and aspiring Hot Yoga 26 & 2 teachers.
